Drew is a New York based actor who hails from Trenton, Ohio. At the age of 9, he performed in his first musical, Oliver!, where he quickly fell in love with being on stage. Growing up in a community filled with youth choirs, theatre, and performing activities ultimately led him to Wright State University to pursue a degree in theatre.
During his time at WSU, he had the opportunity to be a part of several collegiate and regional productions including Spring Awakening, Into The Woods, and most memorably Hairspray (Edna Turnblad), where he was recognized as Best Actor in a Musical by the Dayton Daily News. He graduated in 2013 with a BFA in Acting, Emphasis Musical Theatre.
Since graduating, he toured internationally with TheatreWorks' Curious George and has worked regionally at the Human Race Theatre Company and West Virginia Public Theatre. He currently lives in Manhattan with his wife and their two cats.
